I am worried about using AVX which will increase temps much much higher. My mobo is maximus vi hero with the newest bios.

It is sightly overheating, cooler is well placed. Do I have to RMA it?

I also tried to reseat cooler and use a noctua thermal paste instead the original.

The troubleshooting information on the thread basically mentions that you need to adjust some BIOS settings or update the computer BIOS. If you are still experiencing overheating issues, you need to contact Intel support and request warranty service.
