how can i know if the software is optimized for 64 bit machine architecture or the software manufacturer is cheating just saying that it is 64 bit software?

Hello shyam,
Basically processor wise there is no way, since processor process whatever type of Bit-rate the operating system sends to it.
One way to find this in windows will be getting into the programs folder on your system drive and check whether the application was installed in any of these folders:
- \Program Files' for 64-bit programs
- \Program Files (x86)' for 32-bit programs
