6950X ripped off capacitors

Please Help, I lapped my 6950X to the die and ripped off 2 or 3 smd caps during cleanup. What are the ratings of those?

That information is not available. If the processor still works, count yourself lucky. Otherwise, it cannot be repaired and you should replace the processor.
