9600k + asus z390h - somente funciona com overclock

Boa tarde.

 

meus amigos, conto com a ajuda de vocês, minha configuração é 9600k+asus z390-h 32gb ram 3000mhz (4x8gb) rtx 3070 aorus master, o que acontece é o seguinte, meu computador em stock quando ligo, após algum tempo ele congela (geralmente ao abrir um jogo), com um som alto, se eu fizer o overclock automático na bios, que da um ganho de 33% no processador e 2/% nas memorias ele funciona normalmente,  porém esquenta muito, e por isso ele perde desempenho. 

alguém tem esse kit de cpu+mb ou já viu esse problema?
