9900k hypertreading not working under direct x windows 10

As discovered from Linus Tech Tips https://youtu.be/_1Cb_dYx_Lo?t=329 HOW is THIS for Gamers?? - YouTube 9900k perform in games like 9700k because the 8 extra threads are disabled by windows scheduler. Disabing hyperthread from bios give just same benchmark numbers.

Any ETA for a fix ?
