A question about Q6600

Hello. Can you tell me how many watts does a Q6600 CPU consume ?(100% full load)

Dear friend,

The q 6600 consumes 95 w at peak load. Full thermal and eletrical details are available in the detailed data sheet for processor.

Hi there,

Firstly, this cpu exists as two different types:

 

(i) SLAUM - TDP 105W

 

(ii)SLACR - TDP 95W

So depending which you have, you will see that the maximum thermal design power. Note the TDP is Thermal Design Power: (Also referred to as Thermal Guideline) The maximum amount of heat which a thermal solution must be able to dissipate from the processor so that the processor will operate under normal operating conditions.
