About CPUID and Stepping

CPUID Function1，EAX[3:0] Specify the CPU stepping,but there is not a formula that I can follow from Nehalem processor.

I want to know is there any document or table: a CPUID corresponding to the stepping

such as :CPUID: 106A0h Stepping: A0

20655h K0
