I have a question about the CPU.
I am a programmer and have had the opportunity to work with double type numbers.
I understand about rounding errors, but I found that the same program can have different calculation results depending on the PC environment in which it is executed.
I am unable to determine whether this difference is due to a difference in CPUs, and in the case of CPUs, I am having trouble explaining which generation the difference in results occurs from.
Is there anyone who can explain?
Note that since the environment 2 PC is used by remote connection from the environment 1 PC, the compiler and visual studio configurations are the same.

We understand you are trying to find out why you are getting two different results, we will be more than happy to check that.
Please answer the following:
· Do you work for or represent a company?
· Can you share the software you use for the calculations? (Including the instructions).
· Have you tested a third-party CPU?
Also, if you are using Windows, in order to have more information about your systems, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
If not, we have the Intel® System Support Utility for the Linux* Operating System.
