My laptop was shut off during an update. It will try to turn on and the GRAM screen appears but won't do anything after. Just shuts on and off to that point. I downloaded windows 11 to a USB drive but idk what steps tot are from here.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

The computer just gets to the word GRAM across the the screen during start up. Then immediately shots off, then it starts again. I can't do anything on it.

Ok, so tell us about this computer.  Manufacturer model, processor model, memory, storage, power supply, etc.   So far, all. you have told us is that it shut off.  Have you checked with the laptop manufacturer?  How old is this laptop?  Is it under warranty?  Was it running Windows 10?

Lots of questions need to be answered before this is an Intel issue.
