I have a problem with my notebook, if I connect the charger,
it crashes, and goes to the blue screen, I've been testing it,
it just doesn't crash when it is with low frequencies,
when it activates the turbo boost even before booting windows it crashes ,
I limited the frequency of the turbo boost to 3.1ghz,
if it goes beyond that it gives a blue screen.
My bios is in the latest version and I tried to update all the drivers,
including the turbo boost.

lucasgpadilha, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In reference to your inquiry, just to make sure, if you enter the BIOS and set all the values to defaults, do you still get BSOD when connecting the charger?

If not, in order to verify if the Intel® Processor is working properly, there is an application, Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool, it does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly:

Now, if you do get a BSOD when setting the BIOS to default values or if the Intel® Processor fails the test, then that indicates that there could be a hardware problem either with the processor itself, with the motherboard or with any other component in your platform, since the notebook works with a Mobile Intel® Processor in any of those scenarios occur, then the next thing to do will be to get in contact directly with Acer for them to do a physical inspection of the computer and provide the warranty options that they have available on this matter:

Any questions, please let me know.
