Good afternoon.
I have the following computer configuration.
Processor: i7 12700k
Motherboard: B760 GAMING PLUS WI-FI
Monitor: 2x Monitor Samsung LS27D604UAIXCI (27 QHD 100 Hz) - in desktop expansion mode.
OS: Windows 11 Pro x64
I connected one monitor via DP and the other via HDMI DP version 1.4 The HDMI is the one that was included with the monitors.
The problem is activating the HDR mode simultaneously on both monitors.
One monitor is running HDR 10 Bit The second SDR is 8 bit
If you connect each monitor separately, then HDR works on both DP and HDMI
BUT if you turn on both on one and on the other, the last monitor turns off and does not see the signal from the computer.
What could be the problem or limitation?
Thank you in advance

If not already being used it might be worth downloading the Intel Graphics Command Center from the Microsoft Apps store which might give more information that Windows is doing. Intel does have a page on troubleshooting issues with multiple displays here .

Thanks friend
I have Intel Graphics Command Center installed but it didn't help me. And troubleshooting issues with multiple displays here my case is not described
Both monitors meet their stated technical specifications - QHD 100Hz, but only one can enable HDR. When you turn it on on another, the video signal is lost and the screen is black.
I wrote to the technical support of the motherboard manufacturer MSI. They replied that HDR is a monitor feature and asked to contact the monitor manufacturer.
I wrote to Samsung technical support, I am waiting for a response from technical support.
I also decided to write to Intel support.
One of the 3 seems to me to give such a limitation.
