Are Intel XEON Gold and Silver MCM processors?

Hi,

Are Intel XEON Gold and Silver processors MCM? To be more specific, I would be more interested in the following models:

- Intel Xeon Gold 6126 @ 2.6 GHz

- Intel Xeon Silver 4110 @ 2.1 GHz

I am especially interested in this because it has a high impact on deploying Oracle Database on servers with MCM PROC's.

Thank you!

Hello Bintel,

The Intel Xeon Silver 4110 and Intel Xeon Gold 6126 are not MCM processors in spite of that, it has only one die on them, so it can be considered a single chip module processors.
