Are any of these CPUs Multi-Chip Modules?

Oracle handles Multi-Chip Modules differently and I need to know if any of these CPUs are indeed MCM's.

E5-2697

E5-2695

E5-2690

E5-2680

Actually, if there's a list of MCMs somewhere then a link to that would be awesome.

Thanks for any and all help.

Thanks for coming back to the communities.

If you are referring to multi core processors, I can confirm they are multi core units.

You can check processor specifications at ark.intel.com

Or you can filter by processor features here:

Thanks for the reply Allan. I know each of those are multi-core processors already after having reviewed various sources including Intel's web site. The Multi-Chip Module is a slightly different animal where two CPU's (with one or more cores each) are on a shared module that would occupy a single processor socket. Oracle has decided that those should be treated differently but Oracle does not have or maintain a list of MCM's and so far I cannot find that Intel has such a list either.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The following is the response from our engineering department:

The processor models: E5-2697, E5-2695, E5-2690 and E5-2680 are not Multi-Chip Modules. I regret to inform you that Intel does not have a list of MCM processors available on the Intel web site.

Allan.

Hello Allan,

We are looking for the same information for Intel Xeon Gold 6510.  Is it MCM or not? And is there any official document which we can use as evidence in case we need it?

Thanks in advance for your valuable answers.
