Are my i5 6600k temperatures okay?

Hi, I've just built a system with an i5 6600k and a Corsair Hydro h100i cooler. I was wondering if my temperatures look okay? The screen shot is from HWMonitor under idle conditions :]

I noticed my temps have been as high as 37 degrees with no load, but also very cool, 17 degrees under no load conditions too. Is that normal?

Any help is greatly appreciated :]
