Ask for sample code to read value from DIMM by SMBUS (Intel® Xeon® D-1627)

Hello,

I am developing in linux kernel space and would like to read register value from DDR.
From schematics there is a DDR SMBUS linked to DDR(DIMM). Could you share some linux driver sample code to read the value from DDR by this DDR_SMBUS?
Thank you.

P.S . The smbus I mean is DDR_SCL and DDR_SDA.

Hello, @DerekWang:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The Intel® Xeon® D-1627 Processor is a non-embedded device. You can confirm this information in the following website:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/193692/intel-xeon-d-1627-processor-6m-cache-2-90ghz.html

Due to this fact, it is unsupported through this channel.

We are going to transfer this thread to the proper support channel.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.

Hello, @DerekWang:

Thanks for your reply.

You need to contact an Authorized Distributor to help you with the second suggestion provided by the other agent. You may find the list of them in the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/where-to-buy/overview.html

We hope that this information may help you.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
