Availability of T/S models of 3rd/4th generation cpu's in India

Hello,

Are the T/S models of 3rd/4th generation cpu's available/imported in India ?

Eg. i3-3220T

If Intel recommended quoted prices of i3-3220T are i3-3220 are same,

why are T/S model so highly priced with vendors ?

(after comparing from some online shops)

who are most likely to have them available ( in stock ) with fair pricing.

If you are not a reseller or from Intel org I would appreciate and answer from Intel people or a reseller/importer from India.

I asked few Platinum and Gold Intel partners in East/North/South regions and few resellers in West, and they do not import,

infact they even said its not currently available in India.
