Avx2 Flags support in Intel(R) Xeon (R) CPU E5-2650 v2 @2.60GHz

We are currently having Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 v2 and need to enable avx2 flag for one of our project requirements. However, the cat /proc/cpuinfo output does not display the avx2 flag. Kindly suggest if the flag is supported in the above processor and if there's a way to enable it.
