Ayuda con procesador core i3 10th 10100F

Es una computadora armada nueva, no enciende. Mi duda es si el procesador Core i3 10100F debe tener forzosamente una tarjeta de gráficos para poder arrancar?

Your processor does not have graphics, so you must use an add-on card (like nvidia or amd).
