BSOD ERROR CODE NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE occur on Whiskey lake platform

Hi! We have this BSOD issue even on Celeron, i3,i5 and i7 platform of Whiskey Lake for a while times. This failure not only occurred when the system do not thing (Idle) for a while time, but it also can be more easy and quickly duplicated by system at stress test by Passmark BIT Pro9.1 under Windows 10 at higher environment temperature (>40dC).

We run the Windbg analysis for Mini-dump file and got the attached result ”112024-12718-01.dmp-Windbg_analysis.TXT”. We also run the Intel tools which are IPD and SSU, but no defect found. Anyway, all the APs we run’s result were "PASS" as the attached ZIP file. What could be the issue? We values your feedback and looks forward to hearing from your reply soon. Thank you.

Addtionally: We changed anything including DIMM, SSD, the latest BIOS with MRC and Pure OS with the latest edition of driver which including Intel INF (10.1.19867.8574), Intel ME (2413.5.67.0), Intel Graphic driver (V101.2130) and Intel LAN driver (Intel ® Network Connections Software, Release 29.3) for both i210 and i219, but it seems no good help to solve this problem.
