Blue screens, high % usage, having panic. i5 6600k

Hi everyone, mi name is Matias and Im from Argentina. since the last 2 months im having some issues with my i5 6600k.

The first problem: I was using windows 10 and with everything (I meant everything ) close . and the cpu was at %88 66%48 % 20 the lowest.

what was my solution? Go back to w7. now i started to have other issues. like a really long time for the start and shutdown , like 1 minute to start or more , ( first an all black screen and after that the system). and also on the shutdown like 2 minutes or more to shutdown completely. At least in this system my cpu % was normal... but again i was not conformed about.

So my 3th attemp of solution was go back to windows 10 home again. and this is what happened. I wasnt even able to click the menu bar of the lag that my sistem was having, I updated all the drivers and there start to go well, BUUUUT nowwww i have blue screens all the time. And i want to know what can I do before I call intel for garantie.

I want to declare after all this that mi cpu was used in normal mode, because i wasnt able to overclock it because of the desastibilization.

Cpu: I5 6600K + Corsair h115

Motherboard: Gigabyte z170x gaming 5

Ram: Corsair 8x2GB DDR4 3200 ( USING AT 2200) because if try to put it on 3200 my sistem start to crash and having permanent terring on the screen,

Ssd: Kingston v300 120gb

HD: Westerd digital 1tb blue

power source: Sentey MBP 1000W 80plus

video card: I dont have for now... :/

I already runned the intel Diagnostic tool and everything was okay. I dont have any kind of virus. My temps are greats. My driver are all up to date.

Remember that Im from Argentina so my english it is not the best,

Note: The 80% of the time those blue screens appears when i resume my pc after a few hours without using it.

Remember that the memory controller is located on the processor, the board might be able to support different types of memory RAM but the processor indicates which memory RAM to use, which is: DDR4-1866/2133, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V:

So, in order to try to fix this problem, please make sure the memory is running at 2133MHz as maximum speed and then test the PC.

 

 

If the problem persists, another step to try will be a BIOS update on the board, please get in contact with Gigabyte directly to get the instructions of how to do it, on the link below you will find the contact information and the files needed to do the update, latest version is F21:

Hello! thanks for the answer so quickly.

As you can see in the picture my rams are at 2133. and my Bios is already up to date. With the F21 version. what more can I do?IntelCorporation

Hi Matucab: You are welcome. Thank you for providing that information. In that case the next thing to do will be to swap parts, if you have the option to test your board with a different processor or test your processor on a different board, that will let us know the source of the problem. There might be a PC repair store close to you and they sometimes can do that for you.

 

 

Just for testing purposes, set the BIOS to default values and to test it with just one memory stick with each stick.

I have tried just putting one ram on the system but the problem still persist... The blue screen always appears after the suspension of windows... idk why? Tomorrow I will try the I5 in other motherboards so

Now i Have tested my i 5 6600k in a H170 PRO motherboards, and the problem still persist, And i have tried an i3 6100 in my motherboards and there is no problem at all... what can i do?
