Hello,

We understand that you are able to see the processor model with Aida64 but we can't really validate if this is the real reading it should provide.

Our recommendation is that one of the best options would be to test the unit with a different processor or otherwise contact the seller (bought from eBay) to have the part exchange.

Best regards,

Emeth O.

Hello SahilFarajov,

I would like to suggest you run the following tool: Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*,

and extract the system information from your system in order to gather more details about it.

Please share with us the details in order to take a deep look at the information and provide you the most accurate solution.

Best regards,

Emeth O.

Hello SahilFarajov,

I was reviewing the thread and I would like to provide you a brief summary of this thread in order to provide you a better perspective of this scenario.

Due to the fact that you have been facing an issue with an Intel Xeon Processor, we have been requesting you the Intel® System Support Utility which is a tool that scans for system and device information in order to verify the processor information and model.

Moreover, for some reason you have been avoiding the information multiple times, our recommendation will be the following:

Find the marking of the processor, if you are not familiar with this processor please check the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005965/processors/intel-xeon-processors.html.

Once you have the markings, you can check the specific model of the processor using the following website: https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo

Finally, part of our recommendations will be to contact the place of purchase where you bought the processor and verify with the model and if you have any issues they will be in charge of providing you a solution as well.

Best regards,

Emeth O.
