Hi blazeac,

Your system is older now; the drivers and BIOS for your board are not prepared for Windows 10. I believe our Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool is not recognizing properly the processor specifications.

I suggest you the following workaround:

CPU brand string test library determines which Intel® CPU is being tested using one of two modes, presence test mode or verification mode. The mode being used is determined by the SkipConfig parameter in the IPDTconfig.xml configuration file found in the IPDT folder.

More details on page 20 of The Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool Windows® - User Guide

Verify if you are running the processor at 2.6 GHz and memories at DDR3 800/1066/1333, DDR2 667/800 in the BIOS.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Mike C
