Windows 10 is not supported on your processor and chipset.
Windows 10 is not supported on your system by HP as well.

On preinstaled windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and now Windows 10 I had the same problem.

Sorry, but you cannot get support for windows 10.
Have you updated the BIOS on your system?
Have you upgraded the processor on your system?
If only those two tests fail, leave well enough alone.

ok I understood. I have another one question: What fastest Intel Processor will be working with my motherboard socket and chipset. I know that changing processor isnt very easy in this laptop, but possible. Maybe another type of core 2 duo or maybe any fastest type.

You will have to ask HP what processors are supported by their bios. Then, you can select from those processors. Only HP can provide you this information.
An upgrade processor must be socket, chipset, and bios compatible. And, this is only possible if your existing processor is not soldered to the motherboard.
If you upgraded the processor previously, and did not update the bios or the processor was not supported by the bios, that could be one reason you have a brand string fail.

You may find this tool useful: https://ark.intel.com/Search/FeatureFilter?productType=processors Intel® Product Specification Advanced Search
My opinion? Spend your time and money on a new or newer laptop.

In most comps right. Too many work, new cooling system and increase of speed very poor. But last year I change CPU in old Asus i3 to i5 and laptop get great boost, later change HD to SSD and its absolutly new laptop.
You see I live in Poland and good, fast laptop is great money problem for me so I combine with things witch I can buy. Sad but true.
And BTW Intel`s new SSD is really so fast and low prize. I was reading many good things about it??

Here's my take on these issues/questions...
- The Brand String test fails because the Core 2 processors did not support the exposure of a brand string.
- The SPBC test identifies whether or not the processor is a sample processor. This test may fail because the IPDT program was not designed to support pre-Core processors.
- As Al indicated, only the manufacturer knows what processors its BIOS will support. Since the choices will be restricted to the processors that will work with the PM45 chipset, we know that this will be limited to other Core2 processor family members. Whether the higher clock rates of other Core2 family processors can be supported and whether the higher thermal dissipation requirements of higher clock rate Core2 Duo processors and all Core2 Quad processors can be met by the cooling capabilities included in this laptop are also questions that only the manufacturer is going to be able to answer.
- (Opinion) Knowing that the performance improvements possible will be limited to the capabilities offered by higher clock rate Core2 Duo processors and any Core2 Quad processors and knowing how limited these improvements are going to be, I can only agree with Al that this endeavor does not seem worthwhile. You could (fairly cheaply) upgrade to a laptop with a latest generation Atom processor and still see a significant performance improvement over this older laptop with any of the possible processor upgrades.
Just saying,

I am also concerned about his statement: "Bios can be manually upgraded or taken from another comp."

Bios to ASUS we take from higher model (with the same chipset) and edit diffrences from old bios. Only number of processor (Very Very long number) we find in forum for electronics and part of bios code with informations about Type, Frequency, Model, Family etc. We was sure that cant work.
But I was suprised when laptop starts. 3 sec later Problem will be with memory and method of trying and loose will solve this problem (about 2 hours of trying). Now laptop works on this new CPU with bigger fan and make better air flow. Better radiator and more holes in case.
In benchmark there was 9-11% better. In normal working- no change.
Lot of work but effects...poor.
I ask you about changing Cpu in HP but I cant find anything...
Thanks a lot,
Filip

Hello ozinaha,
Thank you for your response.
Intel ® does not sell directly. If you are looking for promotions, we encourage you to contact one of our distributors or vendors so they can tell you if they are having any kind of promotion or discount with the different devices. You can check the approved distributors below:

Hello,
sorry for my late response, but I have my first summer vacation for 3 years and of course there was a problem with Internet (in Poland that is normal when you leave a big city and in smaller city)
Now I back to Warsaw and I hope its finish with my Internet connection problems.
Lets back to bottom line - thanks a lot for list of reseller Intel products. I contact with those firms and ask about having any kind of promotion or discount with the different devices (frequently with Intel parts and all devices).
Unfortunately, no effect ( suggestions about 3- 5 % with computer which costs near 2000 $).
On separate parts (CPU, SSD) there is no promotion.
Some firms I visit personally to ask about work (I'm IT specialist and bioengineering).
Maybe Intel needs employee in Poland??
So thanks a lot.

Filip M

Hello ozinaha,
Thank you for your response.
In this case, that is the way we have in order to provide you with any kind of promotion, this is because Intel ® does not sell directly. If there is anything like that available it is handled and managed by the different vendors/distributors.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
Regards,
David V
