¿Cómo se tramita el reembolso de 100,00 €?

Hola,

Compré un ordenador en el c.ingles, y me dijeron que a través de la página de Intel, enviando PDF de la factura, me tendrían que reembolsar 100,00 €. Pero por mucho que he buscado no encuentro nada.

Alguien sabe a qué email he de escribir?.
