Dear Sirs,
It is known that on 20 December 2020, the EN 60950-1 safety standard for IT equipment, binding across Europe, will expire. This is because the existing standard is to be replaced by new national safety standards based on the international IEC 62368-1 standard.
So my questions is:
Will this products meet the CE certification requirements in 2021 and later if purchased now?
Intel. CPU Xeon Silver 4208
Intel. Ethernet server adapter I350-T4V2. Art.I350T4V2BLK
Intel. SSD 480GB series D3-S4610. Art.SSDSC2KG480G801
Should we wait for the next revision of this products, which will exactly meet the requirements of the IEC 62368-1 standard, or can we use this products now in our systems?

Hello dmitry_blokhin,
Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a document stating compliance of a product to relevant international standards and Directives (Safety, EMC. RoHS, and so on).
You can find below DoC that provide additional information for each component. Please review this documentation and let us know if you have further questions.
Intel® Xeon® Silver 4208 Processor
Declaration of Conformity
Intel® SSD D3-S4610 Series (SSDSC2KG480G801)
Declaration of Conformity
It is worth mentioning that 62368-1 standard is not available for this Intel® Ethernet Network Adapter, but we are currently doing further research.
Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 (I350T4V2BLK)
Declaration of Conformity
To better assist you, please let us know if these components are already installed in an Intel® Data Center Block or if you are you planning on building a new system in the near future.

Hello dmitry_blokhin,
I would like to update this thread.
Yes, Intel products meet the EN/IEC 62368-1 requirements. Intel is finalizing the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) of each product to reflect this.
You should not have to wait to purchase Intel products.
Here is the documentation for Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 (I350T4V2BLK).
I hope you find this information helpful.
