CPU用哪种比较好

请问各位社区大佬，目前CPUi5-10400，8g内存，M2固态，处理百万行excel表格的数据， 打开后会很卡，报存的时候经常会报错。

还有一种情况，数据量不大，但公式特别多，编辑的时候也会很卡，要等很久才能编辑好一格。

用E系列的还是I系列的能实现需求？
