Hello Bun,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Core™ i7-10750H Processor.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Where are you seeing the temperatures? Can you take a picture?
2. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
3. Are the fans spinning?
4. Is this issue recent? If so, when did it start?
5. Is the unit stack at 95 degrees for long periods of time or are they only spikes?
Regards,

Laptop MSI GF 75 Thin using dragon center
Whyle gaming the temps are above 90c allthe time ++++ Max Fans Active
i don't know if this issue is recent or not sorry i cna't remember anything becaure when i got this pc i was using silent mode and i never cheked the temps this summer when i started gaming on it i started using balenced mode or bosst mode and i paid atention to the temps ....
'//Whyle gaming the temps are above 90c allthe time ++++ Max Fans Active
'//doing simple tasks it changes from 50 to 90 like watching youtube openng a new tabs in chrom then it gets stable at 60 C but as soon as i click on somthing you hear the fans spining for 6s then back to 60C and undervolt is blocked + i dont want to do it cause i think ill damage my pc
'//and i dont think the chip is damaged at all because in task manager i get up to 4.5 Ghz
The thing is what i want is a safe method to make the processor not getting hot by just youtube or chrm tabs because i know that this cpu can do a lot of things just by the base clock there is no need to go up to 4Ghz then to 1.2Ghz becuse i tried detting the max state at 99% and the cpu was cool

Hello Bun,
Thanks for the information provided. Based on your system I recommend you to try the following:
1. Try to load your BIOS to default settings.
2. Make sure with MSI that you have the latest BIOS installed
3. Make sure that there is no obstruction in the laptop vents.
However, the best recommendation is to check with MSI to confirm that the thermal paste is properly applied and the colling solution is working properly. Bear in mind that this is a highly customized system and MSI may need to inspect your laptop's hardware to make sure that everything is working properly.

Hello Bun,
Thanks for the confirmation. I will be waiting for the results of these steps.
Based on your CPU specifications, your CPU can support up to 100°C, and any temperature above that or if the temperature is stocked above this will damage the processor and the laptop too.
