Hello 5D4va7a,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I can imagine how frustrating this is for you.
I would like to gather more information first:
1. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
2. Is this issue recently> Was the CPU working properly before?
3. Can you take a picture of the device manager where I can see the task manager when the utilization is high where the CPU, GPU, memory/RAM, and HDD/SSD are visible?
4. What is the brand and model name of your motherboard?
5. What is the BIOS version?
6. Are you getting any crashes and/or "Blue screen of death"?
Regards,
Deivid A.
