Hello
After doing a lot of test upgrading OS, Drivers, reinstallaing OS from scratch and so on I decided to post here.
My issue is that since one week while playing Worl of Warcraft or any other games (the division 2...) my CPU speed drops down to 0.8GHz for few secs to minutes.
My config :
Dell Precision 5530
Windows 10 V2004 FR
32 Go Ram
2To SSD Samsung
Core I9-8950HK
GPU1 IntelUHD 630
GPU2 Nvidia Quadro P2000 4Go
IPDT = everything is ok
SSU attached
Intel Extreme Utility log attached
Log was taken while "Dell Power manager - Thermal property" was set to : Optimised
Once again I never had such issue since 2 and a half years I'm using this computer.
FYI the screenshot was taken right after a cold boot. CPU started at .8GHz for a long time range....
Thanks for any help

You need to be talking to Dell about this. They are responsible for the implementation of the cooling and power management subsystems as well as the BIOS. We do not have any insights into what they are doing in these entities (its their design).
