CPU upgrade

I purchased a few years ago a laptop "EiSystem 4411".The laptop has an Intel Celeron 2.4 Ghz. I cant find the producer website or any manual or this laptop.

I want to change the CPU and RAM , but I don't know what it's the max ( processor & ram) I can upgrade with.

I had run a scan on the laptop and paste below the results :
