How do you know if your CPU is compatible with all of the other parts of your pc? Like your graphics card and ram. (sorry I'm new to PC)

All you need to worry about is if your cpu is compatible with your motherboard.   If it is, and the processor includes graphics (you never mentioned your processor model and motherboard model), then the graphic ports on the back of the motherboard will work.  If you are using an add-on graphics card that is supported by your motherboard, then the ports on the graphics card will work.  If your graphics card requires additional power, then the power supply in your PC will be responsible for providing that power.

So, it is not your cpu, it is a combination of motherboard, power supply, what type of graphics you have, processor cooling, memory, etc.

Provide a much more detailed explanation of what you are concerned about.
