Hello
I'd like to ask about the product.
I'm installing an Android studio, but I can't install HAXM.
So I looked at the specifications.
The information on the Intel Processor Identification Utility app is different from the information on the Intel homepage.
Intel's website says it supports virtualization technology.
But the Intel processor identity app says my cpu doesn't support virtualization technology.
Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 Processor
Is it a different model?
Can't I install haxm?
Thank you for reading it.

I posted a message about how to solve it.
I'm really sorry for posting the blog link.
I didn't know posting the link was forbidden.
I'll be careful next time.
I'll write it down again to share my knowledge.
Please understand if I'm not good at translating because I'm a foreigner.
The Intel Processor Identification Utility app says the CPU's virtualization capabilities are not currently supported.
However, if the Intel website says that the model supports virtualization, you can make it supported.
Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 Processor
Press window+r
Let's write appwiz.cpl and press OK.
I'll translate the items.
Windows 하이퍼바이저 플랫폼 = Widows Hypervisor Platform
가상 머신 플랫폼 = Virtual machine platform.
And press the OK button.
Then the computer will automatically restart.
After rebooting the computer,
Run the Intel Processor Identification Utility file.
It changed from impossible to possible.
I went back to the Android studio and tried to install HAXM. It was successful.
Thank you so much for thinking about it with me.
And next time, I won't do the same thing.
I didn't know
I'm sorry.

Thank you.
But I haven't solved the problem yet.
My laptop is Samsung.
Samsung has a different BIOS from other companies.
According to an answer from a Samsung counselor,
It is said that the "Enabled" status of VT-X items in another company's BIOS and "Supported" in Samsung BIOS are the same.
I checked that CPU VT-X is supported in the Samsung BIOS of my laptop.
But I haven't solved the problem yet.
The Intel Processor Identification Utility app says my cpu still doesn't support virtualization.
After the holidays, I'll ask Samsung again and share my knowledge here.
Thank you for your kind answer.
