Unfortunately, we do not have a die or block diagram available for the Xeon E5-1600/2600/4600 processors. We do have available a diagram of how the processor interacts with the other parts of the system. We are sharing a link where you can find that information.

Because the Xeon E5-2620 is formerly codenamed Sandy Bridge, it is very similar to the Sand Bridge client or desktop processors where die and block diagrams can be found on a third party website here:
