Can I increase the GHz of my i7 8565U processor?

I bought a Lenovo notebook that came pre-configured at 1.85GHz, and as far as I was able to research, this processor reaches up to 4.00GHz. Can I change that? How?

Make sure turbo boost is enable in the Lenovo bios. If that does not work, update the Lenovo bios. If that does not work, contact Lenovo support.
