That processor does support 64GB.
But, it is also dependent on the motherboard. Check your motherboard specifications.

Actually, the processor does support 64GB of RAM, but Al is correct in that you need to check whether your motherboard will support this much. This is a mobile processor, so I presume that this is a laptop or a small form factor (SFF/USFF/UCFF) desktop system and they both typically have only two SODIMM sockets. Since 32GB SODIMMs are relatively new, the motherboard's BIOS may not (yet) have support for them.
