System Serial Number: 54589122-0000617 notebook that uses the Intel i5-3337U processor with 6gb RAM and want to change this processor for the Intel i7-3615QE and 16gb RAM. Are these CPUs compatible for direct replacement? If yes: Where can I buy this processor? THANKS !!

Your processor is soldered to the motherboard. You cannot change the processor.

For something this old (2012) it is time to upgrade to new/newer hardware. I suggest something with an 11th or 12th gen processor.

Hi. Thanks for your response. This HP PC AIO doesn't have a soldered processor. That's what I like about it. New ones are soldered but not this 23-h027c. I can buy a new one, but I don't like the new look and their poor upgradability. Also, my space is restricted. The Intel i7-3615QE processor meets my needs, but I can't find one, so I was hoping someone had a functional one for me to buy. I already upgraded the DVD writer for a blue ray, installed Windows 11 and 16 gb of RAM. I will install an SSD for the OS and use the HDD for long term storage. So, do you know of somebody that has one of these processors in good condition or new please?

If you have an i5-3337U, it is a BGA-socketed processor and is soldered to something.
If you are able to change processors, the i7-3615QE is also a BGA processor, which is why you cannot find it.
If you were, you would have be very, very, gifted at soldering, and would still likely fail.
And, if you were able to swap processors, then your discussion is with HP, as you would need to confirm that THEIR bios supported the i7-3615QE (or any other processor).
You cannot sollcit on this forum - bad.
And, my opinion is that blu-ray is dead.
AIOs were not intended to be upgraded. You really should be speaking with HP about upgrade options, not Intel.
