Can i3 13th gen with 16 gb ram be good enough for android Dev?

I was thinking if some one can confirm that if i3 13th gen with 8gb/16 gb ram is good enough for android Dev?

I also wanted to make sure if along with the above program a couple of browser tabs and a few word docs can be worked at with ease with the above config.
