Can't install missing drivers

Hello, I hope that someone can help me please.

Yesterday I did a clean install of windows 10, installed some drivers and did windows update.
Now I notice that some drivers are missing and I don't know how to fix it.
I tried to reinstall the MEI drivers, but it says "fatal error during installation".

Please bare with me, my level with computers is basic.

My specs:
Windows 10 Home
Graphics: MSI GTX750 Ti TwinFrozr OC 2GB DDR5
Cpu: Intel Core i5 4570 (3.2GHz) Socket 1150
Motherboard: Asus B85M-G
Monitor: LG 22MN430M-B IPS 21.5" FHD 16:9 75Hz FreeSync - 22MN430

Do you have a serial port? That might be the unknown device. The sm bus, the chipset driver should take care of that one.

Thank for replying. I apologize for the late response.
I did re-download and install the chipset and it did fix the sm bus. Now there's only the unkown device, i says this:

I had to search what a serial port is, I don't have anything to connect to those.
