Can't lower max p-core ratio on XTU

Due to the instability issues of the i9-13900KF, I need to lower the p-core ratio from 55x to 54x but XTU has these setting greyed out. I checked my bios settings to see if I could lower the maximum allowed ratio but it seems I can only "fix" the ratio to always run at 54x, which would basically mean my CPU is always running on turbo mode which is not what I want to achieve. I'm trying to lower the upper limit of turbo mode only.

I'm not tech savvy so I rely heavily on professional opinion and programs like XTU to help me when I don't understand bios very well, so I might be missing something here? My motherboard is a B760MXC PRO 2.0 with BIOS version 5.27
