Can you confirm if the Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2698 v3 @ 2.30GHz is a multi-chip module?

Oracle uses the number of chips in a multi-chip module to determine the required number of licenses for some of their products.

Because of this fact, it is useful to determine if a CPU is a multi-chip module. Similar questions have been posted on this forum before, but it seems there is not yet a page which lists all multi-chip modules, and I did not find a question specific for this CPU.

If the CPU is indeed a multi-chip module, can you also let me know the number of chips in the module?

Many thanks,

Peter
