A few days ago I got a processor that came with a redeemable code for a software package.
I enter the country, code and captcha
I am redirected to https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Redeem/OptIn . ON this page there is a mention of a mandatory Survey. I click on it, but it's only text, no option to write or answer any questions.
I then close that out and check the Terms and Conditions box.
I hit Submit
The page seems to load, a bunch of colored dots, and nothing happens.
I try opening a support ticket, it won't let me.
The same problem. When i try to submit a support ticket to say that the mandatory bulls*it is not working is giving me an error...
I am so upset! I tried too many times to send that fkin support ticket with no success.
The "survey" is TEXT! Intel, your april fools mode has been activated too early,or else i can't explain it.
It's soo frustrating.
Intel please solve this issue! Please!
Glad to know I'm not the only one having issues trying to redeem my promo key. Would be nice if their actual support ticket function worked instead of giving an error. Been trying to redeem for the last day and a half.
