Dear Mike,
Thank you for your reply,
1. As I first installed Extreme tuning utility, "Profiles save" was working fine.
However, "Restore tuning after reboot" was not working.
- after reboot, in advanced tuning tab, O.C. parameters is same as before reboot.
- But, that parameters is not working and click the refresh button, it change to default parameters.
2. I had a unexpected reboot (maybe due to some crash when I didn't use my PC)
3. Uninstalled the tuning utility (including All setting parameters), and re-installed the tuning utility.
but the problems is not fixed yet.
please let me know... how to fix it... T.T
Thank you, MY Han

Dear Mike,
Thank you for your reply,
I check that link, but it's not my situation, I think.
1. In general settings - advanced options, "Restore tuning after reboot" option is checked.
But, after reboot, OC parameters (in advanced tuning) return to default parameters.
2. If I change the OC parameters (in advanced tuning) and apply, It works fine.
after that, I try to save the profiles(as like below). But profiles are not saved.
profiles are not saved
In my other PC, profiles are saved well.
But, this PC also "Restore tuning after reboot" option is not working.
Thank you for your help,
please let me know, how to fix it...
thank you, MY Han

Hello MYHan,
Thank you for patiently waiting for our update.
We reviewed all the post, looks like the you were able to save a profile but never be able to restore the saved profile, is this correct?
Did you delete all XTU completely following our instructions? We are thinking if the BIOS setup forbidding the restoring profile as you stated that another PC is not able to restore the profile as well.
We just want to check if you tried asking or consulting with HP on this issue? Is it possible HP locked the CPU voltage or there are some restrictions that it does not allow you to overclock it?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

>> I don't think so...
I used same OC profile w/o error , and used it other PC ( same model).
I can use OC profile using "Import Profile", that I made it before the error.
I just can not use the "Save profiles" as like below
So... I import profile every reboot.
Now, I just use saved OC profile, I don't need to change the parameters yet.
So the error is not a big problem.
But, if I will need to change the parameters from saved OC profile, that will be a big problem.. i think,
Thank you for your reply always,
MY Han

Hello MYHan,
Thank you for the quick update.
Upon further checking and reviewing the issue, one possible cause is that there is a BIOS restriction on your system. Can you check this with HP for further verification and documentation of this issue?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Dear Mike,
Thank you for your reply,
But the BIOS and system doesn't have any problems, including the OC.
I can not just "Save" profiles, can OC using advanced tuning.
So... I think, Extreme Tuning Utility has some crash, error or something...
I don't know what it is
now, I give up to fix it, until next update (maybe...?)
Thank you, best regards,
MY Han

Hello MYHan,
Thank you for the quick update.
We have checked this issue and so far, this is isolated. That is why one of our possible reason is the BIOS.
We understand that there is no issue during your overclocking, however, it might have some restrictions. That is why you are having this issue.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
