Celeron 560 -> Core 2 Duo T5500

Can I replace the Celeron Processor 560 for Core 2 Duo Processor T5500 in my laptop Dell 500?

Based onhttp://ark.intel.com/Compare.aspx?ids=27253,29758,34439, this information, I can, but I would like to get a professional opinion.

What you need to do is find out if teh laptop BIOS has teh microcode for the T5500.

You can do this by contacting eitehr the laptop manufacture, motherboard manufacturer, seeing if anyone else has updated the same laptop to the same CPU or seeinf dell sdell teh same laptop but a higher verison with that CPU.
