I am getting constant crashes in games. Sometime the game just crashes and other times i am getting BSOD. I do not know if this is related to the power issue for 13th and 14th gen intel CPU's.
All drivers up to date.
Latest MB bios to address cpu power issue. l
I am well over the minimum requirements for all the games that are crashing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have grown beyond frustrated.

Hello AlanLee430,
Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the issue you're experiencing. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter constant crashes and BSODs during gaming.
Kindly answer the following questions:
What is the make and model of your processor?
Could you provide more details abot the Crashes? Are there specific error codes?
Are the crashes isolated to specific games or occuring across multiple titles? What are the games?
Have you done recent changes to your system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,

SSU report attached to the original post.
13th Gen intel(R) core(TM) i9-13900KF, 3000 Mhz, 24 core(s), 32 Logical processes
70 precent just crash to desktop, no errors specified. Others are BSOD but the reboot happens too fast to grab the error.
Occurring across multiple /all games. Only game i have played recently that did not crash was rim world.
Right now I'm getting crashes in New world Alterum, Age of wonders 4, Marvel Rivals, Path of Exiles 2, Diablo 4. etc.
- No hardware changes to the system, was bought prebuilt from Thermaltake.
- Updated BIOS and all drivers.

Hello AlanLee430,
To further investigate your concern, I would like to ask you a few more questions. Please answer the following:
- Have you enabled the Intel Default Setting in your BIOS?
- Is your system newly built or not?
- Are there any signs of physical damage on your processor? Or have you delidded it?
- Did you try overclocking your processor, either in the BIOS or through an application? If you did it through an application, can you tell me the name of it? Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor's supported specifications, it would void the warranty.
- Have you performed any swap testing using an identical or compatible motherboard or processor? If so, can you share the exact model of the processor?
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.
