Core 2 Duo T6570 can be upgraded with which mobile cpu?

You will have to contact the manufacturer of your system and ask what processors are supported by THEIR BIOS. Any upgrade must be SOCKET and BIOS compatible.

Also, the manufacturer can tell you if your system provides sufficient power and cooling for any upgrade.

Personally, with such an old system, I would not bother upgrading it. Spend your time and money on a new/current system and save yourself a lot of frustration. Just my opinion.
