Core 2 Duo Upgrade

I currently have a 2009 EMC Centra server I am trying to upgrade. It is currently running a Intel Xeon SL8WT 2.0GHz 2M 667 LV Socket 478 Dual Core Processor.

I am wondering what the best/fastest processor I can install would be? Thanks to anyone who helps me.

You will need to ask EMC (or whoever owns them now - Dell?) what processors THEIR bios supports.  Then, select from those processors.
