Good evening, I have a small problem or maybe it's not a problem. Let's see the energy issue of the stock Intel Core i7-11700K processor, how much does it consume? Why did I realize that setting automatic as it comes from the factory works in demanding games? 83 degrees Celsius, And if I reduce the power of the processor to 125W Watts, if I'm not mistaken, it reaches 65 to 75 watts. Which one do you recommend without losing performance and stability of the processor? I repeat, this is automatic, but which one do you recommend? 100 watts, 125 watts, 150 watts, Which one advises me to try to lower the temperature so that I don't lose performance and also stability, I need help, If I use the Cinebench R23 program automatically, it consumes watts between 215, it can vary depending on the load I use, which advises me without losing stability and performance, because in games it gets very hot and the Intel Arc A770 graphics equally heat up both CPUs between 80 and 83 degrees and GPU 84 degrees Celsius, what do you recommend 100 watts, 115watts, 120watts, 125watts what do you recommend, for an i7-11700K processor, and I have liquid cooling

Hi addelucas123,
Thank you for posting on the community.
Based on your statement when Core i7-11700K processor is running at stock without reducing the power you are having 83 degrees Celsius.
1. Can you share to me if this is happening when gaming , on idle, or both? If this is happening on game what is the name of the game?
2. Also, on Cinebench are you running a stress test using this application?
While at it, can you help generate a System Support Utility (SSU) for me to fully understand your system. You can follow this link for the instructions: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
