I have a Core I7-7700 processor and according to the https://ark.intel.com it's announced to have all virtualization thechologies support, yet it doesn't work and if I check my system with Intel(R) Processor Identification Utility I can see that my I7-7700 Does support no one virtualization technology. How come?
P.S. There are active options Intel virtualization and Intel VT-D in the bios and they are enabled. But I have no virtualization support in OS.

As you say, it documented to have all the VT-x you want:
You may want to run: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792
I can think of two possibilities: Your motherboard BIOS is the problem, or you have hyper-v on. Once hyper-v is on, you will not see the VT-x as available in the IPDT.

Thanks for your answer! You was almost right.
I reinstall Windows and virtualization technologies got working. Unfortunately, once I installed the Windows Sandbox it stopped working again.
And Windows Sandbox removing didn't help to solve the issue, so I'll reinstall Windows again.
Therefore not only hyper-v can make problem but Windows Sandbox too.

Glad you got it working. The sandbox uses hyper-v as well. And, once you install hyper-v or sandbox, it is almost impossible to turn them off or uninstall them.

Thanks a lot. Fortunately I managed to totally remove Windows Sandbox as well as hyper-v with the next manual https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/ru/articles/115004254383-%D0%9A%D0%B0%D0%BA-%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%BA%D0%BB%D1%8E%D1%87%D0%B8%D1%82%D1%8C-Hyper-V-%D0%B2-Windows-
The article is written in russian, as it's my first language I have so I had no problem with the article, and it really worked at least for me. It might be useful for somebody else with the same issue.
