Hola es normal que la frecuencia del procesador no baje? la bios esta en todo por default

Check in BIOS Setup and in Windows to see if the processor is being configured for Maximum Performance. In this mode, I would expect to see this kind of result. Changing the setting to Balanced Response in both places is what you want (though I thought this was the default in Windows 10).

Thanks, I did not know about that option on desktop PC, only on laptop. It is useful for games
