Core i7 920 frequence and temperature problems.

When I bought my core i7 920 with dx58so with 4 GB DDR3 1333 mhz ram, it was wroking at 2.93 GHz at full load in first 2 days. I updated my bios to 3828.

In bios it is written 2.93 Turbo speed, but at full load I am getting only 2800 Mhz of all core (measure with CPU-Z).

Also, idle core temperature is 47-52 degree celcius, and at full load 75-80 degree celcius.

Room temperature is 34-43 degrees (its summers here).

I tried restoring default at BIOS,but still not overpassed 2.93.

I have stock CPU cooler, and coolermaster elite cabinet and coolermaster PSU 600 watts.

And also my memory is 1333 Mhz, but in BIOS it is written 1066 Mhz, I have 2 sticks of 2GB each. Please help, i can't figure out what the problem is...Why the CPU is not going upto 2.93 Mhz? are the temperature too high.. o yes, and also, Coretemp.exe is reporting TDP of 147.3 watts at full load and 43.8, are these numbers correct, cuz I have heard that total power should not be above 130 watts... Its been 1 week now I have bought my CPU and assembled it. Please help. Thanks in advance.
